Mediation & Conflict resolution

Facilitative mediation is a process where an independent third person helps two conflicting parties work through their issues.

The aim is for the parties involved to reach a mutual agreement on their own. The mediator’s role is to guide the discussion and assist in the decision-making process, but they do not make decisions on behalf of the parties.

The process:

You begin by making an inquiry about the conflict you are experiencing.

The mediator will then contact you for a free 30 minute intake. The mediator will also reach out to the other party for their intake.

After completing these intakes, an assessment will determine if mediation is appropriate for your situation. If so, a half-day mediation session will be scheduled.
